  • Reddit strategy worked - posted value data insights got 650+ shares, 164 upvotes and 44 comments
  • BOFU SEO driving high-intent traffic (and growing steadily)

  • Discovered our channel analytics are perfect for competitor research

CRITICAL ISSUES

  • Payment processing failing for some cards (lost revenue)
  • Users stuck after burning 20 credits on single query
  • Landing page has "too many features" - unclear positioning

STRATEGIC INSIGHTS

  • Two clear segments emerging: beginners (<10K subs) need keyword/outlier research, agencies that need channel tracking and analysis
