Taking OutlierKit from $100 → $1000 MRR in 90 days
Sharing our 90-day strategy to 10x Outlier Kit's MRR. No theory, just what we're actually doing: strategic social mentions, SEO for bottom-of-funnel keywords, and B2B partnerships. Real experiment, real numbers.

Strategy 1: Get Social Mentions
Talk about it a lot on Twitter and Reddit.
AI indexes it, humans read it.
Sometimes mention the website, sometimes don't - just mention the name so people search for it on Google or ask ChatGPT about the product.
This improves brand mentions and brand recognition in the algorithm, which improves organic traffic overall.
Direct customers and leads from social mentions test the product and help us make it better.
We get feedback, see how people use it, figure out our aha moments, and understand how to set up activation.

Strategy 2: Long-Term SEO + Paid Ads
Once the brand is set up and product improved, focus on bottom-of-the-funnel keywords. Write blog content, build free tools to get organic traffic from Google and AI engines.
It's starting to work but it's long-term, and its slow.
Traffic from here is high intent - way more likely to convert into paying customers.
The keywords that get good traffic tell us which angles work organically. We can then run Google and Reddit ads for those keywords and angles.
Paid Ads
We'll spend money on paid ads - can't reach this goal without some form of paid avertising, but we want to optimize our funnel first.
Once our ideal customer finds it useful and is willing to pay, and we know which keywords work organically so we can invest more in performance marketing.
Strategy 3: Partnerships and B2B
Once the first two steps are in good shape, reach out to creators and influencers.
Explore B2B services, data plays, APIs, MCPs to agencies, YouTube agencies, ad agencies, investors looking for market sentiment.
We need more data and a better product optimized for the customer.
We need organic traffic, brand mentions, and people knowing what we are and what we're doing.
Once all that's in place, we can go B2B.
This is the strategy for the next 90 days to take Outlier Kit from $100 to $1000 MRR.
But this is only the plan, execution will be super hard and messy.
As Mike Tyson said - “Everyone has a plan until you get punched in the face.”
